Riddle Me This, Batman
Is 7 mi running + 35 min playing time of indoor soccer equivalent to 10 miles total? Would you count this as a 10 mi run?
I am wrestling with that question and leaning toward "no," but also think that I can stretch my way to saying yes, particularly given the two events were about 5 hours apart and the indoor soccer comprised a lot of sprinting.
Where would you end?

10 sounds like a nice round number and soccer sounds like good interval work.
I'd at least give yourself credit for a few miles. Maybe 9 miles, if 10 doesn't seem right.
(For the kid's marathons they count every 30 minutes of cardio as a mile. No clue how they came up with this.)
I always count indoor soccer as 4 miles. Our games are 50 minutes long and I generally play 40... and its constant sprinting. So I'd say you are good for at least 10!!
