Monday Ramblings

First day of school for Son today. It is not a momentous change for us as he has gone to this school since January. We still made it a big deal and he was quite excited for his new backpack and to see his friends. I anticipate a quiet and tired little boy tonight. He normally fights putting his clothes on and brushing his teeth, but he complied easily this morning.

I am to start class today myself - from 4:30 until 5:45. I need to contact after-care for Son and ensure that he is okay there until I can come get him at 5:45. Fortunately, the distance is one parking lot.

My parents left Saturday after 5 days with us. They were tremendously helpful. I love them to death.

I am now on my final countdown - 48 days until my due date. WOO HOO! I feel very good so far. I am also rather proud - did a very slow, but steady and uneventful 6 mi run yesterday.
