The ability to launder clothes using a machine located next to the master bedroom, not two floors below in a dingy, dirty basement.

Yes, folks, that is right. At long last, my 2nd level utility room is functional. I washed seven loads of clothes, sheets, towels yesterday and they are all folded and put away properly.

I am in heaven.
