    Nerf-Football Sized

The baby is officially the size of a nerf football. My arse, however, is now of a size it has not been in nearly 15 years. I am doing lunges, lots of leg lifts, core body stuff, of course to no avail. Seemingly. Not to mention logging 35 mi/wk running.

I am nearly in tears with it. I feel unattractive, fat, and completely unable to control my body. My feet are already starting to swell by the end of the day. My breasts are ginormous. I was very happy with my 32B's pre-pregnancy, so you can imagine my discomfort and alien feeling with the current size of the melons. They look like big grapefruits.

I abhor this stage. I know I am on the downward slope. But, darn it, I wish it was here faster. 17 more weeks. That's it. Four more months. With any luck, that might be cut back, but who knows? It could be 19 more weeks. That would suck.

I think I look more like 6 mo pregnant than 5 mo. I know I was not this big with Son. I have proof. But my body is 5 years older, although I think I was in as fit physical condition and size now as I was then.

I am depressed. I better start drinking gallons of water. Please tell me the water will help. Please?

    Ah T,

I'm sure you are beautiful!!! You should embrace this pg as those on the red carpet do.

You are physically fit and soon you will be holding that beautiful baby, then you can get the pre-baby body back!

    Love ya, girl.

Water will help. And the fitness regime you are doing will help you tremendously in 4 mos when you are getting back to your svelte self. I'm so sorry you are feeling so down about the changes. You are so beautiful inside and out and I am sure you are glowingly gorgeous pregnant woman. Just remember this is a snapshot in time that will not last forever. HUGS and more HUGS.
